Hi, I am Kevin Starnes.
It's been a weird journey to get to photography. I'm a professional musician from the Detroit area. I was performing and teaching private lessons full time when COVID-19 not only shut down the country, but basically killed the music industry. It was at that point that I had to reinvent myself, and I did that in the form of a Twitch stream.
Live streaming forced me to learn so many new skills, including the ins and outs of a mirrorless camera. I had to do so much marketing to make the stream successful, I started learning everything I could about photography. From there, lightning struck and I started capturing everything I could.
